Warning Trumpet Evangelical Mission (WATREM), a non-denominational evangelistic and teaching commission, was inaugurated on Wednesday, November 6, 1996.
The inauguration was a brief, low-key ceremony featuring only three people:
Lady Evangelist Mrs. Elizabeth Abosede Idowu (now Evangelist/Prophetess E. B. Okeleye – officiating)
Sister Mrs. Dorcas Ben-Seth
Evangelist Kamar Iyere Omo-Sadiq (now Apostle Isaac Iyere Ben-Seth)
The ceremony took place in the living room of the vision bearer, marking the humble beginning of what has grown into a sustained and impactful evangelistic mission.
Growth and Continuity
Since its inauguration in 1996, WATREM has consistently, vigorously, and diligently pursued its God-given mandate through seminars, conferences, revivals, crusades, teaching programmes, and charity.
Over the years, the Mission has marked significant milestones, including:
20th Anniversary (2016)
25th Anniversary (2021)
Through every season, WATREM has remained faithful to its original calling—preaching Christ, teaching the truth of God’s Word, and serving humanity in love.
